Gymnasium

The gymnasium at First Presbyterian has been a part of our facility since its construction in 1929. It originally had a dual purpose serving not only as a place of recreation but also as a fellowship hall. But, since about 1965 the gymnasium has been used exclusively as a place of recreation for a variety of groups in the Roanoke Valley. On any given evening you will find groups who have made arrangements to rent the gym for regular exercise, scouting programs or ministries of recreation.  If you would like to make arrangements for the use of the gym you may contact the church office at 540-344-3204.
